Going off velveeta cheese slices are 35 each and there’s two slices on each side, a mayo packet is 70-90 I would say a rough estimate of taking off 210

I’m guessing the mayo packet isn’t counting in the total if it’s something they give you seperate. (They don’t at our delis anyways) The cheese is likely 35-50 calories per slice

If you did this then you’d just have bread and turkey and that would be sad. Please do not force yourself to eat a sad sandwich.

keep the cheese but take stuffing from one of the halves & make it into one giant half sandwich as in dont eat half of the bread, much lower cal if that’s what u want

Turkey 80cal 1serv of lunch meats is normally around here, bread 150cal (seems bigger than standard 120 for 2 slices) cheese 90 cal, (2 slice kraft) that’s actually exactly 320 LOL didn’t plan that at all, mayo def not counted normally 100cal in this packets
