Ingredients for Dough
5 cups of flour
60 grams soft butter
1 large egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup warm milk
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar

Filling
1 kg spinach
1 onion
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper

Topping
Black sesame seeds

50 grams butter mixed with a little vegetable oil to spread on the dough

Instructions
Start by preparing the spinach filling. Sauté the onion until softened, then add the spinach. Lightly cook the spinach, add the spices, and let it cool.
For the dough, mix all dough ingredients in a bowl and knead until smooth. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into 15 pieces. Roll each piece out and pleat as shown in the video. Spread the butter mixture on each piece, place the spinach filling, roll them up, and arrange them on a baking tray.
Once all pieces are placed on the tray, generously spread the remaining butter mixture on top. Sprinkle black sesame seeds if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown.
