They're so damn good. I want these all the time, but they're a bit expensive. Hoping someone out there has a good mock recipe.

Seconding this. I’m going to experiment with soy curls and see if I get something similar-ish once my current box of bulgogi runs out lol.

Red pepper paste, onions, mock duck, fry in skillet with some oil. Add kimchee.
You can put whatever you want in there really. The paste and the kimchee are where the flavors are. Carrots, tofu, kale, ginger all work great.

I don’t have a recipe, but I do know I’ve bought a similar product at H Mart. Unfortunately I can’t remember the brand and I can’t find it online, but you could check your local Asian grocery store and see what they have — it might be cheaper than TJ’s.

I usually search recipes for bulgolgi beef bowls, Mongolian beef/sesame beef and just veganize them.
I’ve been curious if you can cornstarch batter these and deep fry them and then make some sort of Asian/asian inspired sticky sauce. I usually do that with tofu or soy curls

Take soy curls and then use liquid Browning to make them brown color. Look up a traditional bulgogi recipe of your choice.

I haven’t been able to come close to these..they are so good!! Waba Grill here has “Plantspired™” steak that tastes exactly like these. I recently tried them in a breakfast burrito and they passed the test for sure!!

Wow! I just bought my son a subscription to a vegan meal service and they have ‘beef’ bulgogi on their menu!

These look just like the Nasoya brand ones. They have Korean BBQ and Gochujang flavors and they are insanely good!
