I am growing tomatoes in pots in a greenhouse in the north of NZ. It is Spring here now, almost summer. These guys are growing in compost with perlite with added organic nutrients – tomato fert, potash, general fert. Does anyone have any insight into what might be causing this? Only one plant (which I started earlier than others) has this problem so far.

Hiya! Looks a bit like septoria leaf spot! Generally effects lower and older leaves but can spread up the plant. Doesn’t effect the actual fruit, but obviously unhealthy plant = poor yield. I’ve had success previously by removing the diseased leaves and using a copper based fungicide!
