1st time using the rotisserie attachment on my Weber Spirit 310.

I’m not good at trussing, the bird was slightly too big for the drip tray underneath it, which caused flare ups, it was quite windy outside so it would knock the burners out if it was too low.

I used “yardbird” seasoning from the tailgate foodie, and had pecan chips in the smoker box and despite all the imperfections, it was awesome.

    Spinning meat on my kettle is probably my favorite way to cook. I have done a lot of birds and still struggle at times with the trussing. Nothing worse than hearing it start to flop around.
