Simply woah. Silk on a glass. Pure gourmandy. Since the moment your nose approached the glass, you get a beautiful boozy and spiced strawberry jam. Then you sup on it and… It blows your mind, it’s simple yet super complex, bold and sweet fruits everywhere, the flavours remind me of some over extracted Pinot noir but with a gentle acidity, and a real lot of body and plums added. Just a tad of tannins that are round, velvety. It’s easy and sweet, just a bit tart, and there’s a bit of spices lingering around on the aftertaste, that lasts forever. Woah.
