  1. Tomato Basil Soup & Grilled Cheese
    For the soup:
    4 large tomatoes on the vine
    Half yellow onion
    1 garlic bulb
    1/2 cup fresh basil
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1 cup chicken stock
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon kosher salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

    For the garlic butter:
    1.5 sticks unsalted butter softened
    2 tablespoons minced garlic
    Pinch of salt and pepper
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    Method: mix all ingredients until well incorporated.

    Method:
    Get all of your veggies in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper & Italian herbs. Bake on 400 degrees for about 45 mins to an hour, until all your veggies are soft. Next add all your veggies to a pot with fresh basil, hot chicken stock, and beurre mix until smooth. Add your heavy cream and balsamic vinegar. Bon appetit 😋
