My next step is to make my own dough… been using Trader Joe’s dough that I let rise at room temp in a bowl for a few hours before assembling. But I think I’m ready to go homemade!

    That’s a solid pie, buddy. Nothing like nailing it, and you’ll feel that rush even more when you throw together your own dough. There’s something about making it all come together via your own hands where nothing else in the cooking world can be compared to it. Good stuff!

    Did you use pizza steel or stone? What oven setting? How did you get sides of the dough to char a little ?
