My boys love wings so I thought tonight might be a good night to throw a few on the smoker. Like I’ve mentioned in my previous posts, I learned this method/recipe from u/cookinwithclint and all of his great tips and ideas.
Rinse and pat them dry, then sprinkle with SPG. Tonight we did a variety of Franks Red Hot (the OG), garden herb seasoning, BBQ, and new tonight; Meat Church Texas Sugar.
Throw them on a pre-heated 185 degree smoker and let them cook 45-60 minutes. Then raise the temp to 350 and cook until they’re done, usually 40-50 minutes.

*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
