What makes Fattoush Fattoush? This crisp Lebanese salad includes pita chips and a to-die-for vinaigrette. The flavors are pomegranate molasses, sumac, dried and fresh mint, lemon and garlic. Dan and I can eat this daily!! But also want it on the holiday table too. Make big jar of the dressing and keep it on hand for Fattoush-right-now.
