I just made this and from when I mixed it there is an insane amount of small bubbles I couldn’t seam to get rid of, my recipe was
1 cup white wine vinegar
3 cups sugar rush stripey pepper
1 pack of classic pectin
5 cups of sugar
I then did a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, should I be concerned?
