1 large green cabbage
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 celery ribs, chopped
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup honey
1/4 lemon juice
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Beef Filling:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup beef stock (or broth)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 large egg, lightly beaten

  2. OK! Guys, the fun factor scale broke on that one. I always thought cabbage rolls were hard but as always the Loon magic kick in a fine dish was created nice job guys later
