Made knots with a simple improvised pizza dough, around 58% hydration. A third had sundried tomatoes worked into the dough, a third had garlic and parsley butter brushed on after baking, and a third had sesame seeds. Also two dips – a romesco sauce flavoured with harissa, and a simple marinara.
