I used Mimi’s recipe and it was fairly easy to follow. Overall I’m happy with the results just think I have to fix my piping. If you guys have any other tips on how to improve please comment! 😊

Mimi’s French is my go-to recipe. I’d do a bit more macaronage, in order to eliminate the bumpy tops. The trick I use is to stir, then let the batter settle in the bowl. If the batter doesn’t completely settle into itself within about 15 seconds, I give it a few more strokes.

Good job! Keep going. Those will be great gifts for the Christmas season!

Great first attempt! Maybe a tiny over mixed. After a few good whacks on the counter, the macs should smooth out on the top pretty quickly before the drying phase. But honestly, fantastic job!
