Hi, FoodLosAngeles!

I work remotely (in Florida) for a school in Los Angeles, and I have been lucky enough to visit the campus and explore the city on three separate work trips. I have a fourth work trip coming up in two weeks (a Tuesday through Friday, and then I fly home stupidly early on the Saturday morning). I always stay in Koreatown and never rent a car while I'm there, but I'm happy to take Lyft rides or the Metro to get around.

I am always lookin for restaurant recommendations. I especially love delis and sandwich places (Jewish or Italian), diners, legendary/iconic/historic places, Mexican, and anything I can't get back home near Orlando (Armenian food, for example). I'm really not into upscale/fine dining, especially since I have to submit receipts for reimbursement, but I've always been curious about Musso and Frank Grill. Does the food live up to the reputation?

What other famous landmarks am I missing, especially anything that isn't too far out? I'm thinking of dinners in particular, since I'll be on campus for lunch every day, but it would be helpful to bring something in for my lunch or have it delivered on the Thursday and Friday.

So far, I have eaten at:
Philippe the Original (My review: https://saboscrivner.com/2024/02/18/philippe-the-original-los-angeles/)
Langer's Deli (My review: https://saboscrivner.com/2023/08/27/langers-delicatessen-restaurant-los-angeles/)
Canter's Deli
Grand Central Market x2 (and eaten at Wexler's Deli, Villa Moreliana, Ghost Sando, Knead Pasta, Sarita's Pupuseria, and The Donut Man)
Pann's
The Magic Castle
Genghis Cohen
Here's Looking at You (honestly, I thought it was just okay)
Open Market (just for a breakfast sandwich)
EggTuck (just for a breakfast sandwich)
Cafe Mak (Korean; not my choice, but it was good)
Baar Baar (upscale Indian; not my choice, but it was good)
Nick's Manhattan Beach (not my choice, but it was good)
Simply Pho You (not my choice, since we have plenty of great Vietnamese places back home)

Thank you in advance for any suggestions, especially for anything that isn't easily available back home. I appreciate it!
