  1. It looks great. It does look sort of flat. Did you actually cut it so it would sit like that? Or is it whole and I’m just not seeing it?
    I would love to try my hands at a smoked turkey. I love beer Cana chicken but have no idea how to tackle a turkey.

    My skin and dark meat came out tough and not super great, but the breast meat was so juicy. Idk what I did wrong with the others.

    Bird looks great not trying to knock it, but why are the legs pulled up so high and not sitting down even with breast like when I do chickens? Was it too long and this keeps it smaller footprint?
