Tonight, I made sourdough discard cinnamon rolls! Truly the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. Can’t beat the cream cheese frosting, either!
I began my sourdough starter this week and failed to account for all the discard. Now I’m finding all sorts of ways to bake with it! Recipe link in comments!

Last time I had a ton of discard I made a few dozen freezer waffles, worth it. Soooo good toasted.
Those look so good. I also made cinnamon rolls today. They were the softest rolls I’ve ever eaten in my life. So so good.
