– I microwaved the potatoes for 5 minutes on each side, and they came out the perfect consistency that way. – I pan-fried 2 strips of bacon for 2 potatoes. After the potatoes cooled off from the microwave, I coated the whole exterior in the leftover bacon grease and then brushed the insides with the bacon grease instead of using olive oil. – I GENEROUSLY seasoned the whole exterior of the potatoes with salt and pepper and then did a couple of sprinkles of garlic powder and paprika for the insides. – Topped with spicy colby jack cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and sour cream!

As someone who also has a cold, this looks great. I’ve been weirdly ravenously hungry with this one, so these will be perfect!
