We had one of those last week! We had to add another vegetable since onion was intended as most of the ingredients. 🙄

Some would be happy but I love onion so I’d be sad. It’s a pass for me but small carrots are more of a pain, as well as mini potatoes.

This happened to me for (I believe) the same meal!!! The chicken sausage bolognese. We added an onion from our personal stash. I also added a little half & half to the finished product. Even with the cup on pasta water it felt dry (maybe my heat was too high)
