Cheesecake brownies but the cheesecake part looks yellow instead of white. Does this still look appetising?

I always feel cheesecake has a little bit of a yellow tinge to it. And that could change if your eggs were of a deeper color.
Looks just fine to me!

Normal! Truly I have no idea how place like whole foods achieve almost a pure white cheesecake. Makes me think it might be nonbake?

Yellow colour is normal in baked cheesecake. Egg yolks and vanilla.

Perfectly appetizing. This is normal cheesecke color! The color comes from the milkfat, the eggs, or both. Eggs are straightforward – they tend to turn things yellow because that’s what color the yolks are. Cream cheese and other dairy looks white to start, but as the water is reduced, the color becomes much more concentrated and looks yellow. Think of fresh cheeses – cream cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta, mozzarella. Now think of aged cheeses – parmesan, brie, gouda. And sometimes you can also get a bit of color in dairy if it’s heated enough for the milk sugars to start to caramelize, although that’s more brown than yellow

I’ve never seen a white cheesecake? Cheesecakes are always yellow. I’m German though and we put eggs in our cheesecakes. I think they’re different from American cheesecakes. But anyway, I’d be worried if I got served a plain white cheesecake

Yup! Cheesecake normally looks a bit yellow because of the egg yolks. Looks delicious!
