Ice cream! 148cal (hail yoghurt)

  1. **Wafer stick:**

    20 cals worth of chocolate wafer

    **Bowl:**

    10 g Oat Fiber / psyllium husk in a 4:1 ratio

    10g sugar worth of sugar-free sweetener

    7g cocoa powder

    0.15 tsp baking powder

    25g yoghurt

    5g water

    0.15 egg

    Pinch of salt

    Mix everything except the egg, water and yoghurt.

    Slowly add the mixture to the yoghurt, stirring until no clumps are left.

    Mix the egg and water into the yoghurt mixture.

    Mold it over a small bowl or ramekin and bake at 190c for 15 minutes.

    **Chocolates:**

    8g yoghurt

    2g sugar worth of sugar-free sweetener

    3g cocoa powder

    Add sweetener to yoghurt and stir well while adding the cocoa powder.

    Refrigerate until hard, then form balls .

    **Ice cream (well its frozen yoghurt):**

    90g yoghurt

    18g sugar worth of sugar-free sweetener

    7g cocoa powder

    Mix everything together and freeze until not liquid.

    Total:

    17g cocoa powder x2 = 34cals

    123g yoghurt x0.83 = 102cals

    0.15 egg = 12cals

    **148cals**
