this has never happened to me before and now like 70% of my macarons ended up looking like this

This is a horrible picture quality. Try a better photo.

How did these look when you piped them out? It looks like the could be a piping issue. Is this only happening when you are making chocolate shells? Choc shells if over macaronanged by even a hair can make for super loose batter which may explain the spreading. I always use cocoa very sparingly- a little goes a long way because they can become fudgy and uncooperative super fast.

Looks like a few things might be going on. The macaronage could be thrown off by cocoa. Looks like there’s quite a bit, and likely a high quality (or delicious fatty one).
Did you use an oven with convection, btw? They look a little lopsided, and I’ve seen that named as a culprit.
Also, when I get hips instead of feet, it’s because I *over* dried them before baking.
