    I don’t even like tartar but don’t think I’ve ever seen it served in less appetising way

    You should finely chop the onion, not chew and spit it onto the plate

    Also, egg yolk would make it nicer

    As someone who loves tartar beef steak with a loooot of onion and garlic (preferably in large chunks), I can’t do anything but approve. It may not be restaurant quality lookswise, but I’m sure it’s actually really good 👍

    This is an insult to the word tartar. This is just raw meat with garlic cloves. And I feel like this has to be trolling, as I don’t think anyone is chomping down on an entire garlic clove.

    Its very popular in Poland, every restaurant is serving it, with chopped onions,egg yolk, a little dijon mustard, pickled cucumber, Salt, pepper , and sometimes wild mushrooms. All fine chopped and mixed. Its actually pretty good..im doing it at home often..
