Enjoy this healthy, protein-packed Makhana Mousse! Made with Greek yogurt, saffron water, and coconut sugar, it’s a delicious, guilt-free dessert that fuels your body with protein and rich flavor!

Ingredients:
-1 cup makhana
-1/2 cup Greek yogurt
-1-2 tbsp coconut sugar (sweetener of choice)
-1-2 tbsp saffron water

Garnish:
-Cardamom powder
-Flaked Pistachios 
-Rose petals 

Instructions:
▪️Soak few saffron strands in warm water for 10-15 minutes.
▪️Dry roast makhana.
▪️In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, coconut sugar, saffron water, and roasted makhana. 
▪️Blend until smooth and creamy.
▪️Serve chilled, garnish with nuts, Sprinkle cardamom powder and rose petals.
