*Stuffed Mushrooms*

1 Lb. Whole Mushrooms
1 Pkg (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 Tsp Dried Parsley (or fresh)
1/4 Tsp Dried Dill (or fresh)
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Pinch of Black Pepper
3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Dashes of Paprika or parsley to garnish

*Finger Sandwiches*

2-3 Slices of Sourdough Bread
2 Tomato Slices
4 Pickle Slices
4 Turkey Slices
1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
1 Slice of Colby Jack Cheese
Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Mustard

*Caprese Skewers*

1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
8 oz of Mozzarella Balls or Pearls
6-7 Basil Leaves
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
