I call it bachelor pizza. Corn tortilla, spaghetti sauce, bacon bits (optional), and Italian cheese, in the toaster oven. Dessert spoon for scale.

Cursed tostada.

Sometimes you work with what you’ve got. I can see these being pretty tasty.
I was a cook at Wendy’s way back when they had pitas. We’d take a pita for the ‘dough’, mix some BBQ nug sauce and spicy chili sauce for the ‘sauce’, and use ground beef, onion, and whatever else for the toppings, and we had shredded imitation cheddar.
Anyway, yours is more of a pizza nacho than anything else.

I’ve done something similar but cooked it like a quesadilla (folded) on a fry pan and left the sauce on the side for dipping.

Probably not terrible, but my man you totally burnt that tortilla.
