Like everyone is posting. 0-400 wings but I added some legs for my wife.

I did 40 one side. Then flipped for 20 on the other side. The legs were 163.

Spice was what everyone recommended, the Traeger Pork and Poultry (yellow container).

    With legs I recommend about 175 or so on the smoker. The dark meat can handle the higher temp and benefits from it IMO

    White meat chicken you want to take to 160-165(I’ve honestly probably even done 155 for myself). Dark meat you want it to go over that closer to 170-180, it’ll stay juicy.
