I love rainbow cookies. When they are on a bakery cookie platter those and the lace cookies always seem to disappear first. But the first time I had homemade rainbow cookies was an eye opening experience. I was shocked at how much better than they are compared to the ones from the bakery. Your first go at rainbow cookies looks to be a rousing success.
