I like to make mini omelets by putting small sage sausage patties into sweet onion rings and letting them incorporate in the heat. Then pouring in carefully eggs mix. Always thin Swiss and parsley on the fresh hash and custard style French Toast with blueberry compote and real maple syrup. Crispy bacon always makes the world a better place.
