1 apple (76cals) cut small and eaten 1-2 pieces at a time. I added some sweetener and cinnamon for flavour and this took me 30 minutes to eat as a snack before dinner.

    Underrated! I’ve been finding that BITES per calorie is a really important metric—not just volume.
