    Please post your recipes!

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    Sure
I cook this all at at once to save time. It also lets me do something else’s while this all cooks.

Greens : 1 bag of broccoli cropped and seasoned with salt + pepper ( I also add my weekly glutamine since I don’t eat a ton of red meat )
    – cooked in the ninja air firer on air broil 350C for 12 mins
Meat + carrots: 3.7 lbs of chicken breast cut and fat removed, and one bag of baby carrots (both Kirkland brand)
Combine in pressure cooker( I use an instant pot) with 480g of water seasoned with salt and spices to taste ( this time I used basil and cayenne pepper since that’s what I had) mix and set to pressure cook for 9 mins. Let it release naturally for 30 mins. Then remove and shred chicken and carrots

    Pasta:

    Kirkland brand pasta
    Kirkland brand marina sauce
Cook in large pot for 12-15 mins I usually pre boil 1700g of water in my kettle and add it to a warm pot to speed up the process. I added pepper, parm, and salt to taste.

After that I just combine everything In my dishes and let it cool to RT before stuffing it in the fridge. Nets me 5 days of eating.

No hate or judgement, but i don’t know how you do it. It looks like absolute misery to me. So many flavours and textured to be enjoyed out there in the world! I’m all for leftovers, but the same thing everyday?! 😭 it hurts my soul a little

Pork tenderloin is a nice change when you’re sick of chicken breasts
