Canned foods are super convenient. But what exactly are you giving up for the sake of that convenience? Some of these items get pretty unhealthy, and some of them just plain taste bad. Either way, these are the canned foods you should never, ever buy.

This could be 90 minutes of every can in existence
That's a lot of Miguel putting hot sauce in the tortilla for Leni to eat 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
What SHOULD we eat? Basically just grass and bugs?
Can your own
Problem solved
Campbell's chunky clam chowder❤❤❤
Sounds like we should eat anything canned
Love the health conscious suggestion
So don't eat any canned food…. ic
I’m a type 1 diabetic. I don’t care what the glycemic index says, the sort of New World beans that usually show up in cans reliably spike my blood glucose. Sure, they have some fiber and some (lower-quality than you’d think) protein, but they have a lot more quickly-digestible carbohydrates than you’d think.
They’re not as bad as bread, but they’re not all that good.
If you’re a type 2 diabetic, try living off fatty meat for a few months, then, if you want to, try reintroducing some carbohydrate-laden things like beans into your diet, in moderation. They might be okay for you.
We gonna die one day, anyway!!!! I love fresh vegetables, frozen or canned! Peas, I can eat them straight out the can!
your're full of poop!
It’s just a brainwash to starve you control us, pure communism, nothing is wrong with any of these, do your research people
