In this video,I tried to share my experience of making french Croissants with minimum efforts, The result was up to my entire satisfaction.Now I can safely recommend to follow this recipe for the delicious croissants,that are soft inside and crispy outside. Enjoy them plain or with butter and chocolate.
French Croissants
Ingredients
Plain flour. 300gm
Instant dry yeast. 1 tsp
Sugar. 2 Tbsp
Salt. 1/2 tsp
Water. 80 ml ( room temperature)
Milk. 100 ml( room temperature)
Butter. 50 gm ( softened)
Butter for Lamination. 150 gm

    Which butter would you recommend here in Pakistan? Will half an hour would be ok for butter to chill before Lamination?
