Pack of thin sliced steak used for carne asada. Marinated for about 6 hours in honey, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and Kinders lemon pepper seasoning, and woodfired garlic seasoning.
Browned in a pan over medium heat. Removed the steak and sautéed one whole onion, one whole pepper, a small ghost pepper, and a few fat cloves of garlic.
Added all of it to a big bowl and mixed in about a cup of a pre shredded, “Mac and cheese” blend, 3 slices each of provolone and white American cheddar chopped up, 1.5 lbs baby redskins quartered, a 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom, 16 oz container of chopped baby Bella’s, and 1 cup sour cream. Spread it all in a greased 9×13 baking dish at 350 for an hour. Brought to you by Dr. Pepper cream soda and Canadian Club Whiskey.
