Seems pretty accurate to me

35 times 4 = 140 (calories in protein)
31 times 4 = 124 (calories in carbs)
14 times 9 = 126 (calories in fats)
Add them together, and it will turn out to be 390, this is not always 100% accurate, so if its close enough, just trust the label.
