    I have had a few baking fails over the years. I always look for a Plan B before throwing something out. I made two bite brownies in mini muffin pans that all sank in the middle. I could not serve them like that. So I chopped them up and used half of the chunks to replace the chips in a chocolate chip cookie recipe. And that is how I invented Brownie Chunk Cookies. I froze the other half of the chunks for a second batch.

    What a fantastic save for your over baked cookies. And let me say, that is one gorgeous cheesecake!
