Recipe makes 2 servings (1 serving in picture)

  • 100g dry pasta of choice (I used a low carb high protein one)
  • 100g canned tuna in spring water
  • 50g low fat cheddar
  • 50g regular mozzerella
  • 150g tomato and mozzerella pasta bake sauce (I used Leggo's brand)
  1. Boil pasta till done. Drain the pasta water
  2. Mix the pasta, pasta bake sauce, tuna and cheddar in a bowl. Add contents into a small ceramic dish (roughly 2x the size of the pasta bake seen in photo).
  3. Sprinkle mozzerella on top, and cover with foil. Cook in oven for 45 mins at 180°c fan forced.
  4. Remove foil, and cook until the cheese on top is your desired level of browned (a broiler will brown it faster)
  5. All done. Split in half and serve eith whatever sides you prefer.
