No sugar cuz keto. But used S&P, garlic, onion, paprika, and chili powder. Chili oil binder. Dry-brined the salt for a day or so too.

    I could be wrong, but from pic 2 it looks like they could have used more time on the smoker. There is a lot of fat and collagen that still needed to break down in those ribs.
