I opened my HelloFresh box this morning and one of the packages of beef was leaking at the bottom of the box!! Would you still use this package of beef?

This happened to me. I used it and had no problems. I did say it was damaged and got credited $8

As long as it’s still cold, I use it. Just like I’d use a pack from the grocery store that leaked.

HF meat packages leak about 15% of the time. They are shipped frozen, so as long as they arrive and are under 40F, then it’s fine. I’ve had ground beef in my meat drawer for ten days and it has been fine. I wouldn’t trust chicken after four days, and seven for ground pork, but the beef is actually decent quality.

Yes, as long it’s still cold, but I would cook it as your first meal
