  1. 42:40 I have to add my experience here though as a mid 40s woman. I gained some weight on carnivore, and despite lowering calories and adjusting macros, it just wouldn’t budge—not until I started doing 36 hour fasts. A 24 hour fast did nothing, but 36 hours is consistently getting the weight off for me, and my waist is getting smaller. For me, there does seem to be something magic about fasting! 😊🎉
