Update on my adventures in sourdough: discard flaky biscuits. They aren’t perfectly uniform, but they sure were delicious.

    They look great! At what point are you mixing in the starter? The recipe doesn’t seem to mention that step. I have a biscuit recipe that’s similar, but can’t figure out how to evenly distribute the start on it and not let it clump up in parts.
