The original Macaroni Grill was amazing. I would get osso bucco every time we went. It was close to my high school and we’d go to dinner there after school events.
I was in the Navy when I learned they had franchised and one was opening up near me. I was so sad and disappointed when we went and the menu was nothing like what I was used to. It was just a slightly nicer Olive Garden. They did have a pretty good panna cotta at the chain though. I still miss the original restaurant to this day.

Looks like there used to be 8 pieces and somebody nabbed it before it got to you. Tried to hide it but you can see the bottom 2 don’t line up, and cutting into sevenths is difficult
