How good are these electrics at holding the set temperature? One thing I hate about my propane and having to check it all the time to see if its to hot or cold

Nice! I was doing propane/wood chips for the longest time and got sick of having anxiety about running out during a long cook. Now I have an electric pellet smoker with a hopper. So much more peace of mind.
