Super simple, can cook in one pot and to make it more filling you can add some edamame fettuccine! Since it is packs with antioxidants and you drink the broth as well. Keeps me feeling full for hours

I do something very similar. Imagine chicken noodle soup. Then replace the noodles with egg such as in egg flower soup. I often add a few extra veggies too. Carrots and celery are a given. The most frequent additions are spinach and mushroom. Flavor the broth with soy sauce, black pepper (or white if you have it), onion and garlic powder, and maybe a bit of cayenne. Lately I’ve been adding protein powder. I’m finishing a bowl of it as I’m typing this. This particular rendition came out to 276 calories, 42g protein, and 8g net carbs.
