This is clearly mislabeled it should say egg and canola aioli

  2. machobiscuit

bringing their A game, not gonna serve any B oil

  3. DingusMacLeod

“Aioli” means nothing to me other than “mayonnaise mixed with some other shit”.

  4. EpicWheezes

Good from November 2007, to November 2013.

I hope it was thoroughly incorporated

It’s mayo and a oil, probably should have specified which oil

Used to work with a Jamaican guy in NYC that always said it like “ay leo”. 10 years since then and I say it like that too because that guy was awesome.

    Yes chef, heard.

The guy who taught me how to prep cabbage always spelled it “Gabet”.

He was an awesome dude. That would write totally crazy names for stuff.

He write it as he heard it.

And I’m like, my dude is actually labeling. If anyone has any problem with this but isn’t labeling for themselves. I’m gonna have some surprise problems for people.

YOU DON’T GET TO TALK. SHIT ABOUT ANYONE ELSE’S SPELLING

The shit he’d write on cambros was a new language for everyone else.

But we all know what we’re cooking and we all know what he wrote so don’t shame bullshit that.

I’ll learn a new way to label before I tell my dishwasher prep fry fry inventory guy, that YOU think HE should do something different.

Right. I’m trying to get him paid more and if I don’t have to pay for you, hmmmm….

That dude can be my boss.
You don’t question it. You just figure out how to get him better paid.

And he’s awesome, don’t fuck with him, just ask him what he needs.
