Did my first set of big cuts of meat a 8kg pork butt and a 10 kg brisket. I think the pulled pork was amazing to say the least!

    Get you some white cloth butcher gloves and some food prep latex gloves my guy. No need to burn yourself.

    Look awesome! You can pull the bone straight out, and use it to shred the rest of the meat!

    Let it rest for a while, shouldn’t be too hot to touch. All that steam pouring out is lost moisture.
