    I am addicted to this simple egg salad: 2 boiled eggs, chopped up and mixed with good culture cottage cheese, chopped Grillo pickle, and salt and pepper, eaten with 2 sourdough wasa crackers.

    Where do you find the wasa crackers? I’ve only seen them once at the clearance section of a big lots that was closing down lol
