SAUCE 4 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp water or dumplings broth (if boiling dumplings) 1/2 tbsp chili oil or chili garlic sauce 2 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp minced garlic Fresh scallions and coriander
1. Mix all the filling ingredients 2. Mix flour with water and knead it into a dough 3. Let the dough rest for 30 min 4. Roll it out and seperate dough into a thin layer and cut out small rounds 5. Fill the wrappers with the filling 6. Add oil to a pan, put the dumplings in and let them get a crust for a few minutes 7. Add 150ml water and close it off for 5 minutes on low heat. 8. When the dumplings are fully steamed, serve and add sauce.
