Steamed Rice Noodle Rolls – Cheung fun recipe:
Ingredients for 5 servings:
Batter mixture:
130g rice flour
80g tapioca starch
50g cooked rice
1/4 tsp salt
675 ml water
1 Tbsp cooking oil

Dipping sauce with soy sauce:
6 Tbsp water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
ground pepper
1/4 tsp chicken powder
1 Tbsp oil
10g shallot
20g onion
1 coriander root (optional)

Dipping Sauce with fish sauce:
3 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Mix well.

Filling: (Optional)
about 50g small dried shrimp (soak ,wash and drain)
80g chives or green onions (chopped)
3 Tbsp cooking oil
