Nah if you want a little moisture to bread of pizza if its hard just wet you hand and shake the water onto the bread or pizza. It’ll get just enough moisture on there evenly distributed and it’ll be much softer.

I mean, not like that I will pay a little water on the crust and underside of left over pizza before microwaving it. Then the crust isn’t rock hard after reheating it.

Maybe before reheating in the oven, a splash of water would help keep the crust from drying out before the middle heats. But this, come on.
